Lead commercial effort to target and enhance commercial positioning and execution Selected accomplishments: • Managing a $50M potential revenue sales pipeline of 80 active opportunities from the “Demand to Inquiry” (DTI) to “Inquiry to Order” (ITO) phases. • Delivered over $10M in proposals in OPT’s most current fiscal year. • Secured over $70M in funding and government grants for 21 MW of energy projects & product development. • Supported Subsea Battery, hybrid PowerBuoy®, and two additional product launches and developed strategic pivot from utility to autonomous product lines business case & strategy. • Developed financial models for competitive solicitations, product development, and cost out opportunities. • Responsible for “Go To Market” strategy and implementation, including “Inquiry to Order” process, supporting “Demand to Inquiry”, and developing risk based decision-making plans. • Responsible for Competitive Intelligence and synthesis of actionable marketing strategies • Managed due diligence process enabling three capital raises in excess of $20M
