As Co-founder & COO at flutrr, I built the product, drove CAC down to ₹30, and hit 3.5 lakh app downloads in months—all with a lean team. This founder’s mindset carried into leadership roles at SastaSundar and now at Berrylush, where I head D2C growth across web, app, and retail.
