Prioritising challenges in monthly leadership meetings and translating them into actionable opportunities for improvement. Collaborating to set clear goals, assign responsibilities, and lead initiatives that enhance the workplace.• Learning Ambassador: Facilitating knowledge transfer and skill development among team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.• Yard Marshal: Ensuring smooth traffic flow and efficient utilization of space in the yard area, optimizing logistics and minimizing delays in product movement.• Problem Solver: Addressing challenges and resolving issues that may arise during daily operations, employing critical thinking and effective problem-solving techniques to maintain productivity and efficiency.• Safety Ambassador (POC - PM Shift): Serving as the point of contact for safety-related matters during the PM shift, promoting and enforcing adherence to safety protocols and procedures to create a secure work environment for all team members.• Fire Marshal: Promoting a safe and secure work environment and ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations to protect lives and property.
