ABOUT JAY MORGAN
Currently Head of Children’s Residential Services for Next Stage 4 Life and CFS Care, whereby overseeing therapeutic care provided to children and young people in our nine homes across the North West. We offer a holistic approach to care that covers a range of therapeutic models and incorporates a full plan for health, education and care. Our aim is to ensure that all our children, young people are given the support and opportunities to achieve successful outcomes and thrive as members of their communities.Registered manager experience that spans over many years and sectors, including opening homes, taking homes from inadequate to good and also outstanding homes.Managing solo provisions, up to 7 bedded provisions and everything in between including multi site, with experience in EBD, LD, CSE, CCE, CSA, MH registered homes - all within challenging behaviours. I have experience in delivering training covering most areas, including BILD accredited PBS practitioner training, makaton, intensive interaction and behaviour management training, inclusive of many different physical intervention train the trainers.
