Brought in a new attribution model and implemented it. Created marketing funnels to give the team actionable data. Designed and maintained dynamic, automated dashboards in Power BI and Tableau using BigQuery for data analysis. Worked closely with product, risk and data teams to make sure the dashboards met cross functional needs and drove decision making. With my dashboards and attribution model we could measure campaign results, see attribution from different types of ads and which media sources (Google and Meta) worked for us. We could then optimize our campaigns based on user behavior and improve our marketing strategy.
