11 years of experience in telecom product development including both wireline and wireless Telecom Domain. Worked on the products provided by the companies Ericsson, Qualcomm, Tekelec, Polycom, Oracle and GenBand. • Worked in project development team for Ericsson R&D, maintenance platform to co-ordinate multiple teams which contribute to core technical Radio SW development and to customer deliveries. • Currently working at customer location in CANADA as a software designer to practice in design develop and test the complete features of nextGen (4G and 5G )Radio SW and DOT software. Alongside this, conducted daily SyncUP meetings with offshore team in technical queries and support, and weekly retrospections to meet customer Work Level Agreements for multiple teams in Ericsson. Also worked on cross functional verification Methods using java-based testing framework (Elvis). • Being at customer location, I worked in handling many field issues (Radio SW side) and provide the fixes timely. • Worked in LTE stack layer-2 (MAC, RLC, PDCP) for QUALCOMM. • Worked on other telecom protocols e.g. SIP, SS7/GSM for Tekelec/Oracle and GenBand. • Awarded with Best Performer Rating, and Excellence Rating by Aricent Technologies. • Awarded two times with Execution Excellence Award by Wipro limited while working for Ericsson Ottawa. • Recognized as good learner, effective team player and excellent programmer. • Expertise in debugging the TR’s and customer field issues, and software design and implementation.
