Assist in the Development of Marketing Strategies: Support the Regional Marketing Manager in developing regional marketing plans and strategies to drive business growth and meet targets.Support BTL Activities: Assist in the planning and execution of Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, seminars, and other promotional events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.Event Coordination: Work closely with vendors and stakeholders to coordinate logistics for marketing events, ensuring all materials and resources are in place and events run smoothly.Partnership Support: Assist in identifying potential strategic partnerships and collaborations to help maximize brand exposure and market reach.Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels.Communication & Stakeholder Relations: Support communication efforts with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, vendors, and local authorities.Sales Team/ Branch Support: Assist in training the sales/ Branch team on marketing campaigns, product positioning, and effective customer engagement techniques.Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support for marketing activities, including budget tracking, preparing reports, and managing marketing collateral.Branch Visits: Conduct branch visits to oversee BTL activities (small, medium, large), support event planning, ensure consistent branding, and assist with LMS operations. Monitor and collaborate closely with branches for lead conversions and marketing execution.
