As the Marketing and Strategy Lead, I shape the brand, strategy, and sustainability direction for IDS and our Vulcan brand. My role spans cross-department collaboration, marketing leadership and business development - ensuring the company is well-positioned for growth, both commercially and sustainably.Key Achievements & Responsibilities:• Partner with internal teams (Business, Design, H&S, Finance, IT, Operations, Sales, and Sustainability) to deliver consistent brand strategy across the organisation.• Designed and implemented new branded templates, after-sales processes, and company vehicle branding to strengthen brand identity and improve efficiency.• Directed and delivered updates to major collateral including the Vulcan brochure, specifications, EMEA proposals documents and case studies• Produced content and campaigns including CEO newsletters, sustainability reports, and recruitment/event marketing, collaborating with agencies such as Millstream for Vulcan brand content and video• Led and now support the company’s sustainability and ESG initiatives, aligning brand activity with corporate responsibility goals.• Managed the development of IDS’s new HQ and warehouse (worth £1.5m)- overseeing estate agents, solicitors, and contractors - creating a base for the company’s next stage of growth• Delivered creative campaigns and CSR-focused projects with organisations like: TreeApp, Ocean Clean, Cats Protection and Cancer Research
