As a color matcher. I use visual observations and a color matching software to color match. My job function was to exceed current standards for clarity, appearance, and function based in the client’s specific needs- I am able to make pre-match and in-line color matching adjustments to hit color target within defined range- I utilize my laboratory and research skills to independently conduct experiments, collect and present resulting data. In addition, I assist in maintaining masters/color archive- I used my background in chemical safety to maintain a safe working environment and improve company safety policies and procedures via risk assessments.
