Management a £28m per annum income generating National Property portfolio consisting of various property rights in the Telecoms, Utility, Energy, Renewable, Commercial Oil & Gas, mineral and other large regulated industries. Duties include- Management of a team of Property Professionals completing property transactions from initial enquiry, through internal consent and legal completion- Provide property advice to Network Rail in relation to third party rights over Network Rail- Developing strategy to protect Network Rails interests- Enable third party developments for Nationally Significant Schemes, inc. DCO/CPOs- Build and maintain relationships with Key Stakeholders- Negotiating and documenting large property transactions including, Multi Site Agreements, Global Wayleave Agreements, Master Agreements and precedent documents- Accountable and responsible for the delivery of the P&L, ensuring income and OPEX targets are achieved.
