My work is focused on expanding our organization’s impact while cultivating a high-performance, mission-driven culture grounded in compassion, accountability, and results.I partner closely with the Executive Director and Stewardship Team to drive strategic planning, operational optimization, and technology oversight—aligning our internal capabilities with our mission to end homelessness in Virginia. This includes exploring the thoughtful integration of emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance service delivery, improve decision-making, and extend our operational reach.
