My work spans proactive club engagement, capacity building, and end-to-end program delivery, underpinned by high-quality data, evaluation, and continuous improvement.Key focus areas • Program delivery and quality • Plan and deliver ADF initiatives aligned to policies, procedures, and quality standards. • Track progress against targets and KPIs, driving continuous program improvement. • Stakeholder engagement and partnerships • Develop and maintain relationships with community sports clubs, leagues, local councils, and community health services. • Engage confidently across channels (in-person, online, phone, email) and represent ADF at workshops, forums, expos, and community events. • Data, reporting, and CRM • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce. • Support monitoring, evaluation, and reporting to demonstrate outcomes and inform strategy.Good Sports program • Proactively identify and onboard community sports clubs through outreach, cold calling, and site visits. • Facilitate alcohol management workshops and support clubs to implement tailored policies and practices that reduce AOD-related harms. • Guide clubs to progress through the Good Sports framework with practical, context-specific advice.Local Drug Action Team (LDAT) program • Support LDATs to design evidence-informed, place-based strategies to prevent and reduce AOD harms. • Co-develop Community Action Plans (CAPs) and provide ongoing coaching to deliver, evaluate, and acquit activities. • Monitor implementation, troubleshoot delivery challenges, and consolidate learnings to scale what works.
