Jason Rosin is a Vice President in Jones Lang LaSalle’s (JLL) Capital Markets Finance Group in Los Angeles focused on arranging debt and equity capital for clients. Mr. Rosin joined JLL in June 2018 and has 18 years of commercial real estate experience, including 14 years at Kearny Real Estate Company, where he worked as a Vice President in all aspects of the principal side of the business, including acquisitions, financing, entitlements, development management, asset management, leasing and sales. Mr. Rosin’s experience on the principal side of the business gives him a unique perspective and ability to add value to clients as a capital markets professional, as he has negotiated more than one million square feet of leases, entitled a 1.1 million square foot industrial building in southern California, asset managed approximately 1.7 million square feet of industrial properties, and assisted in securing JV equity and debt on a direct basis for more than $200 million in acquisitions. Prior to his work at Kearny, Mr. Rosin worked at LJ Melody and Holliday Fenoglio Fowler in the commercial mortgage banking sector. His overall experience encompasses more than $1 Billion in commercial real estate transactions.Education:Mr. Rosin received his B.S. in Business Administration, Finance from San Diego State University and his M.B.A. from USC, The Marshall School of Business in Los Angeles, California.
