In short, Jason wants change-makers with significant platforms that can be advanced in meaningful ways for both commercial and Kingdom purposes.Meeting FormatJason’s Convene team meets once a month in person (8:00-2:15).Each session offers carefully curated content, guided discussion, and opportunities for Members to present their organization’s current key challenges and opportunities to the team so as to gain thoughtful feedback from the many decades of experience of high-level peers in the room.Each team member also receives a monthly, one-hour coaching/advisory session.

Passionate about making disciples through excellent Christian schools. Our main campus in Fort Lauderdale is the largest school in the country to be accredited by a Christian school association, and we’re excited to have added a Hollywood campus in 2019, a North Miami campus in 2023, and a Boynton Beach campus in 2023. I enjoy helping other leaders to grow and to take their leadership to the next level so as to make a bigger impact for the kingdom of God by changing lives for Him.I’m also honored to be the founder of Schools United which seeks to help every Christian leader, faculty, and staff member to find or develop a peer network for their profession. The Schools United annual conference in Fort Lauderdale has grown to be the largest Christian educator conference in the world with 3500 attendees. I also serve as the chair of a Convene peer advisory board. I encourage every Christian school head to lead or host a Convene team with CEO and business owner parents from their school. Ask me how.
