ABOUT JASON LEE
I have over 25 years of experience in highway and infrastructure design. I have been involved in the project management, technical & financial review and detail design of projects. Producing fee proposals, managing commercial responsibilities such as forecasting and business development with other disciplines within the company. Some of my projects include hyperscale data centers and urban regeneration schemes which consist of highway infrastructure, utilities and drainage design, master planning and urban realm design. I am responsible as a team leader / senior manager and guiding an infrastructure team consisting of engineers and technicians, delivering innovation, solutions and practices to efficiently deliver projects to meet our clients requirements whilst complying with civil engineering standards. My responsibilities as infrastructure team leader includes achieving results on engineering projects, including performance, budget, schedule, and coordination with internal and external project stakeholders.I am extremely proud to have been team leader of our infrastructure team at Sweco who was nominated and announced as the winner of Sweco UK team of the year. I am an excellent team leader and mentor with a strong technical background. I have experience communicating internally and externally across different disciplines and organisations at all levels. I have experience in delivering projects via an outsourcing center.I have recently been involved in a variety of Hyperscale Data Center projects, leading to the design of hyperscale developments and directly involved in the delivery of 150MW data centers. I have also been involved with the site development, site selection, due diligence and campus planning of existing sites.Privately I hold a UEFA ‘C’ coaching licence which demonstrates the ability to deliver well planned and high-quality sessions. The course recognises the key role of grassroots football, reinforcing fundamental values of sport and society, such as respect and inclusivity.
