Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) is the nation’s largest organization exclusively representing the Black College Community. TMCF member-schools include the publicly-supported Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs) • Identify, source, and screen TMCF member school students for hire requisitions. • Partner with the TMCF Talent Acquisition team in a fast-paced recruiting organization to develop sourcing strategies to meet business needs. • Creatively source using a multitude of resources to generate qualified candidates. • Screen candidates and share qualified profiles with the TMCF Talent Acquisition team. • Maintain and update submitted candidates in the applicant tracking system/CRM at all times.
