Professional Development Specialist/Implementation Manager: Support school districts in implementing and sustaining successful adoptions of our education technology solutions; Provide product training and professional development and drive pro-active customer support approaches to ensure fidelity, and success and to gather and report results; Deliver premier customer planning, service, in-person support and coaching to teachers and administrators Instructional Technology Specialist: train, model, and support the instructional staff with integration strategies utilizing available technology resources for lessons, activities, and assessments; develop and lead an instructional technology integration and best-practices team to promote quality integration and adoption of technology practices; train, model and support the staff members with administrative technology needs; diagnose and accurately report hardware and software, and network issues to the appropriate district departments.
