Responsibility for application development within Global Ingredients with a directive for developing deep application capability to support the product and commercial efforts of the business. Work directly with product strategic management and commercial departments to meet the P&L goals of the business. Direct, coordinate and prioritize the day to day activities of the Applications Research Departments in the US, EU and APAC including; projects for the applications scientists, design of scientific experiments, technical support for product strategic management and sales, as well as, direct technical support for customers.
