Who Am I?I am a Digital Marketing Analyst at Technical Safety BC. This is the latest step in my data journey and continues my lifelong passion for problem solving in a structured way. Where Did I Start?My passion for science is embodied in my Materials Engineering degree and my love of mathematical and statistical problems led me to my trading hobby (mostly quantitative). This got me into testing ideas in a structured way. This also showed me the value of clean, ordered data and algorithmic ways to test it (learn to code they say?). What Was the Launchpad?The first stop on my journey after school was the amazing learning ground at the marketing agency Thrive Digital! Marketing is one of the most interesting areas for data collection and usage at scale if you can do it right! Where to Now?We then get to the present. However, learning is a continuous process. I will continue to improve and tackle newer and tougher problems. Right now my deeper interests lie in data science, machine learning, AI, NLP, data engineering and infrastructure!
