Over the past decade at Amazon, I’ve launched and grown nine new businesses across the UK and EU — from greenfield concepts to full-scale operations generating hundreds of millions in annual revenue.My work focuses on turning complexity into clarity — designing systems, teams, and strategies that enable rapid scaling while maintaining operational precision. I currently lead Amazon Shipping’s UK & EU operations, externalizing Amazon\'s well developed logistics capability into a revenue generating business. Managing a $500M+ P&L and driving double-digit growth through operational rigour, automation, and customer-centric design.Previously, I helped architect Amazon’s workforce strategy across employees, introducing AI/ML staffing solutions, flexible labour models, and organization designs that now power operations globally. I’m passionate about helping organizations design for the future of work — where human judgment and AI operate as true partners. Currently designing the Human-AI Org Design of 2027!
