Plans, directs, coordinates, executes and supervises the conduct of visits to DLIFLC by general officers, foreign delegations of all ranks, and distinguished civilians of equivalent rank or higher.Plans, develops and supervises the execution of detailed itineraries based upon time and place of arrival, size and significance of the group, background and interests, length of stay, and integrates the efforts to achieve an orientation for the visitor in a schedule designed to fit the needs of the visitor and the command.Plans, coordinates, executes, and supervises the conduct of official social functions. Formulates guest lists, composes appropriate invitations, supervises the distribution of invitations and acceptance of replies, and finalizes arrangements to include determining proper placement of flags, receiving lines, table and seating arrangements, appropriate decorations. Determines proper protocol in connection with ceremonies, receptions, official luncheons and dinners; determines appropriate toasts and their proper sequence; determines menus based on research or own knowledge of cultural, religious, or other background peculiar to a distinguished visit/visitor.
