Serves as a small group leader of highly skilled professionals, dedicated to supporting combat operations by cooperating with civil leaders and organizations to address the needs of their communities and ensure maximum stability of the operational environment.Hand-selected to lead an ad-hoc company of various teams from across the organization during the unit\'s annual training period in Camp Grayling, Michigan; Cooperated with local and sister Army units to train Soldiers on individual through squad-collective tasks and drills, culminating in a realistic 72-hour training scenario; Resulted in the certification of over 40 personnel on medical, vehicle, and individual/crew-served weapon marksmanship.Serves as the operations cell leader for civil data ingestion, processing, and delivery to supported organizations. Coordinates with several downtrace teams, as well as senior leaders to ensure tactical and operational decision recommendations are supported by consistent and accurate information.
