Oversee the development and the launching of new products under the Wine, Spirits, Craft Beverage business unit. In charge of an extensive portfolio compiled of Papers and Film materials, including Sustainable options for both, with an effort to provide the most efficient label for any application.• Work extensively with our suppliers to source new and existing materials to add/maintain our product portfolio.• Conduct pricing exercises for the Wine, Spirits, Craft Beverage and Beverage portfolio to maintain our healthy position as a company and to maintain our relationships in the marketplace. • Create and lead webinars to discuss industry trends, how our product portfolio is aligned to find solutions for those trends and the market in general, and how certain products serve different needs than others in our portfolio. These webinars are live and are viewed by the entire Sales Team and Directors inside of the organization. • Serve as the point-of-contact for our Sales Team and members within the company on any product-related questions, the status of inventory levels, and product releases for the Wine, Spirits, Craft Beverage and Beverage market.• Travel and visit sales representatives and their customers to view certain issues that they may be facing in their facility and any potential materials they might be looking for in specific, which in turn aids in product development to combat those issues and bridge the gap within our portfolio.
