Results matter but how you achieve them matters just as much.I’m a senior B2B Marketing Lead in the technology sector, currently leading marketing strategy and execution for a global, security-led business protecting education customers from fraud. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, I operate as a strategic partner to the business - aligning brand, demand and growth objectives with measurable outcomes.My 14 year career blends creative foundations with commercial leadership. With over 7 years in graphic design and B2C marketing, followed by almost 7 years in B2B marketing, I bring a rare mix of brand intuition and performance discipline. I don’t believe in marketing for marketing’s sake - I believe in clarity, effectiveness and momentum.In 2024, I completed a Level 6 Professional Digital Marketing qualification with the Chartered Institute of Marketing, helping to improve my strategic, digital and data-led capabilities. My focus now is on scaling impact: building a high-performing team, modernising marketing operations and creating repeatable systems that support sustainable growth.Alongside results, I’m driven by how we work. I believe attitude is everything, kindness costs nothing and the best cultures are built on trust, accountability and shared purpose.Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and father with a love for rugby, motocross and F1 - passions that reflect my approach to leadership: committed, resilient and always striving to improve.
