Through our schools, in-district programs, and specializedsupport, we are committed to empowering students to reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities:• Partner with hiring leaders to develop and execute impactful strategies that align with• our mission.• Build and maintain talent pipelines using CRM tools, ATS, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other• outreach platforms.• Source and engage candidates through social media, networking, and events.• Use MS Office and HR systems to support data-driven recruitment and process• improvements.• Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience with clear communication and• professionalism.• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, offering timely updates and solutions.• Stay current with HR tools, tech, and best practices.• Champion New Story’s employer brand and help position us as an employer of choice.
