As a lead architect of leadership development at UC San Diego Health, I design and deliver enterprise-wide programs that empower leaders at every level. I specialize in aligning learning strategies with business goals, fostering psychological safety, and supporting organizational design through coaching, onboarding, and team development solutions. I partner closely with HR, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful programs that blend in-person, virtual, and e-learning modalities. I built and scaled Leadership University—a flagship development initiative focused on building essential leadership skills, driving engagement, and preparing high-potential talent for succession.Key contributions include-Led and facilitated 10+ cohorts of the Leadership Onboarding Program and piloted the New Leader Welcome Workshop, supporting over 400+ people leaders with resources on policies, processes, and leadership strategies-Continuously partner with department leaders to diagnose organizational challenges, providing tailored coaching and workshops to diverse audiences-Collaborated with our L&D team to create the Safe to Speak Leader Toolkit, resulting in UCSD Health\'s Improvement of the Year Award (2023) and EX Impact Award (2024) for fostering a culture of belonging-Co-administer the annual performance review system (SumTotal), ensuring managers receive comprehensive training, guidance, and technical support to meet organizational standards-Facilitated 360 assessments, DISC, and conflict management workshops to strengthen leadership self-awareness and team performance.

Hello! I help leaders and teams grow through coaching, facilitating cohorts and workshops, and organizational development. I\'ve spent the past 8+ years working with leaders and teams across healthcare, government, and consumer goods, helping them navigate complexity, grow their awareness and capacity, and do more meaningful work together. My efforts span leadership development, consulting, coaching, facilitation, and organizational effectiveness, and I\'m especially energized by work that allows the real human experience to shine for mission-driven causes. I hold a CPTD through ATD and am currently working towards my ACC and PCC through ICF. Much of my professional and personal time is spent engaging with modern approaches to leadership (coaching cultures, systems thinking, psychological safety, resilience, and what it actually takes to develop leaders at all levels in an organization).
