As Managing Director of TUI Hotel Betriebsgesellschaft mbH, I oversee a diverse portfolio that includes innovative concepts such as the mora, AQI, and TUI SUNEO, each designed to meet evolving guest expectations across different markets.In my role as Director of Controlling & IT for TUI Hotels & Resorts, I lead the global performance strategy across our hotel portfolio. I combine financial clarity with operational excellence, implementing IT strategies that drive efficiency and support long-term growth. My leadership philosophy is built on trust, transparency, and shared objectives, empowering teams to deliver sustainable results.My current focus is on driving a human-centered digital transformation through AI. I see technology not as a trend, but as a strategic tool to solve real business challenges. The goal is to implement AI that enables our people, enhances service quality, and creates space for empathy, because in hospitality, human connection is what truly matters.Outside of work, I recharge through music, playing guitar, and on the tennis court, where I enjoy the mix of focus and spontaneity.
