Manage 13-19 study sites across the United States and Canada by triaging investigator and site staff inquiries regarding eligibility, enrollment, safety, or data quality for Enroll-HD, the largest observational study on Huntington’s disease - Spearhead a complete overhaul of the training platform for principal investigators and study coordinators for Enroll-HD - Lead weekly calls with the Legal department to facilitate communication and interaction amongst cross-functional teams to ensure current communication on program status and priorities that align with organization’s expectations - Train and support study coordinators’ day-to-day activities related to the conduct of the study, adhering to ICH-GCP - Oversee vendor management activities, negotiate pricing for contracts and support program management functions - Monitor all aspects of study conduct and communicates overall study status, inform project planning or senior management of issues that may impact timelines, personnel or budget needs, patient safety, and quality of data - Process site payments and provides regular reconciliation of clinical study budgets - Lead study site start-up activities for 1 Canadian site as well as close out procedures for 2 US sites - Plan, prepare, organize, and present study findings or other topics at investigator meetings and conferences (ex. HSG)- Collaborate with CRO’s monitors to ensure study protocol compliance across all study sites - Identify system enhancements necessary for improved tracking and follow-up activities with clinical development staff - Oversee and process IRB protocol submissions and informed consent forms for Enroll-HD - Develop and review project descriptions, project budgets and associated contracts (e.g, funding, CROs, etc.) to assure compliance with Foundation policies - Advisor to CHDI Foundation
