ABOUT JANICE TON

Hi, I\'m Janice! I am a Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources graduate from the University of Calgary, Haskayne School of Business. I am passionate about understanding how people work together and how organizations can foster productive, inclusive environments. My academic focus on DEI, leadership, and organizational dynamics reflects my dedication to creating meaningful workplace cultures. With hands-on experience in the hospitality and non-profit sectors, I’ve developed strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for helping others thrive. In addition to this, I had the opportunity to pursue research, exploring topics such as metacognitive self-regulation, goal-setting, and public health communication. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new ideas through reading, especially topics like Greek mythology and psychology. I’m currently learning a new language, as I love challenging myself with new perspectives.
