Analyze and review all submitted documents pertaining to the proper administration, preparation and submission of required daily construction reports by subcontractors.• Organize, distribute and track subcontractor certified payroll reports, as well as all subcontractor paperwork and ensure compliance with all regulations regarding personnel employed on the project sites.• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations and company policies regarding proper payment and reporting for personnel performing work on the project site. • Review and track subcontractor Daily Manpower Reports and keep accurate records on head count. Provide monthly head count to Certified Payroll Manager and Director of Safety as required. • Review subcontractor Certified Payroll Reports and ensure compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act and Related Acts, and the applicable Wage Decision. Provide weekly updates to Certified Payroll Manager. • Work closely with superintendents to facilitate and monitor the onsite Daily Manpower Reports and conduct on-site interviews of subcontractor employees as part of the certified payroll audit process.• Assist subcontractors in the proper reporting and filing of their Weekly Certified Payrolls and Daily Manpower Reports. • Keep and maintain proper files on each subcontractor in accordance with company Best Practices.
