Designed a Power BI dashboard with custom DAX logic that highlights unusual backlog-order spikes and enables drilldowns into the exact jobs driving them, dramatically improving diagnostic speed across 608+ work centers- Leveraged SQL in the enterprise data warehouse to extract and validate material numbers, product types, plant mappings, and order quantities, ensuring accurate logistics data before it entered Power BI reporting- Built a reporting system for the Graphics operating division using Power BI, DAX, and power automate pipelines to track WIP, aging inventory, and department lead times, enabling earlier detection of delays and automating notifications to the concerned department ensuring more efficient workload management- Added dynamic anomaly-highlighting and projection logic in Power BI to flag when actual demand deviates from expected trends, improving operational risk identification and forecasting accuracy- Created DAX and Power Query logic to automatically carry forward comments, statuses, and order changes across daily loads, eliminating data loss and reducing manual rework for customer support, new business commercialization and customer account management operational teams- Engineered a daily change-detection model that identifies newly added, updated, or removed orders across snapshots, giving teams near real-time visibility into shifting demand and workload patterns- Built interactive visuals with hover-enabled tooltips powered by daily snapshots and weekly averages, allowing managers to quickly assess historical performance trends and aging job patterns- Developed Python ETL workflows to ingest new operational files, clean and merge datasets, and output standardized tables for BI consumption, reducing manual data handling by 95%(eliminating manual efforts for a process that took 30-45 minutes which now takes 20 seconds).
