Assisted with Data Integrity and training for the conversion from CMS to ATI Oasis 360 product. Travelled to properties, reviewed data onboarding, worked with Compliance officers. Key transition team user for House Advantage Halo product. Working with the data integration and install of the product over 22 properties. Managed successful transition of 16 Boyd Gaming properties from the use of Showcase to Cognos 8.2 within a six month timeframe, Including marketing, accounting and slot departments. Responsibilities included query conversion and training. Process all aspects of corporate driven eblasts from list requests to creative approval. Work effectively with Ecommerce team on corporate eblasts, customer technical issues and data cleansing. Set up and execute corporate promotions using the MGT system for Midwest and Nevada properties. Principal in training and set up of Bally’s Elite Bonus system and all 7 Las Vegas Valley properties and Blue Chip Casino in IN, including training, install, testing, soft launch and Go Live. UAT of CMS system upgrades to ensure technical rollout of changes are correct for all properties. Audit and report on data integrity issues for all Boyd Gaming properties from information input to marketing program accuracy. Work with properties to fix data integrity issues as well as formulate processes to cut down on these issues. Customer service duties include problem solving and trouble shooting for customers using our customer loyalty website, property liaison with corporate IT in reviewing and submitting system issues that directly affects customer satisfaction. Work with compliance officers at all properties ensuring that excluded (self and state) patrons are updated and remain current with their status.
