I have over 20 years experience in the FE and Skills sector and a proven track record of achieving consistent improvements in this sector. A practicing Ofsted Inspector for 2 years before becoming a full time HMI. I have a secure, deep and broad knowledge and understanding of current FE and Skills issues gained in senior management and performance management roles and an awareness of the current changes taking place in FE, skills and inspection.I am a postgraduate who has worked my way through the apprenticeship experience gaining assessor and verifier awards and also have a vast amount of contract/performance and partnership management experience.
