Together with our coalition members, we create opportunities to earn success and ignite potential for generations to come.Facilitates soft skills training and one-on-one coaching with collection of OneTen MembersMonitors applicant tracking system for productivity and works with leadership in identifying and remediating productivity opportunitiesProvides mentoring sessionsMonitors, evaluates and reports on the progress of OneTen Members during the initial coaching period as well as previously coachedActively participates in collaborative coaching and mentoring sessions with all OneTen Members to develop technical competencies; provides actionable feedback from sessions to managementReviews status collection and evaluates effectiveness of existing talent process and procedures; makes recommendations improvements and/or additional trainingMaintains accurate records of coaching/training sessions; utilizes industry-recognized standards for evaluating trainees\' performanceResponsible for setting up and maintain training facilities and coordinating with Information Technology on automation upgrades, repairs and troubleshooting
