My role is to support the individuals through their transition to a new role or another life phase whatever that is for them - full/ part time employment, self employment, contracting, consulting, retirement, portfolio careers, directorships.By taking care of their people who are leaving, thus ensuring the transition is as positive an experience as possible, this outcome adds value to our client organisations by: • Increasing the goodwill between the organisation and outgoing employees• Reassuring remaining employees that exiting staff are being supported and assisted in the transition• Improving the ability for remaining employees to maintain focus at work and remain productive
