I have always been working with IT, and completely understand different roles, responsibilities and deliverables including architecture overview, integration analysis, master data setup and coding of logic apps for cloud integrations. I have great experience in working with all competence to ensure the right project implementation. As Team Leader in Per Aarsleff my focus is Automation including AI, Agents, Power Platform, Integrations, applications and robots. All technologies to optimize business processes and to ensure increasing efficiency in the organization. I appreciate to work with new technologies and be a part of digitalization in Per Aarsleff. Furthermore, as project manager and product owner my focus is in successfully implementation and achieve measurable benefits in the organization. As digitalization responsible in Schur, I was in lead of digitalization, and responsible of building up a new IT department including D365 FO team, developers and apps competencies in a global setup. Furthermore, during project implementation I was operational as both project owner and manager of FO implementation in 3 companies, architect and project manager of CE implementation in 8 companies, and with focus and driver of several digitalization project implementations. In digital transformation I ensure a huge focus on end-users and system adoptions, including communication and change management together with education and process follow up. I was in charge of IT Partners, contract management and cost responsible. Before Schur I was a senior management consultant and have delivered business analysis including process optimization in several companies in Denmark and northern Europe. This is foundation for business case, and management buy-in and and scope of project implementation.
