Their work opens up new universes to explore, enables amazing creativity and discovery, and powers what were once science fiction inventions like artificial intelligence and autonomous cars. This position, reporting into the EMEA data center team, has affinity with support, sales, enterprise services and the wider AI ecosystem of NVIDIA partners. Main responsibilities include: • Drive and grow the EMEA Enterprise vGPU renewals business, identify trends, report on progress or areas of improvement. • Educate partners, assist customers and operations teams on the contract renewal processes and drive efficiency improvements where applicable • Develop a deep and broad understanding of the NVIDIA Enterprise Product offerings (hardware & software), associated service offerings, routes to market, 3rd party ecosystem partners • Point of escalation for field teams and partners regarding NVIDIA Enterprise Support and working towards resolution across multiple teams/departments to drive customer satisfaction. • Point of contact for any NVIDIA Enterprise Service requirement, internal or external.
