Responsible for recording, implementation and tracking of contracts and key terms, including vendor agreements, professional services agreements, purchase agreements, non-disclosure agreements, subleases, and other commercial agreements. • Responsible for developing an enhanced contract management process to improve routing, review, and approval of contracts. • Assists with the selection, implementation and optimization of a contract management system and work-flow system. • Reviews, circulates, and manages contracts and prepares amendments to contracts as requested. • Assists with managing internal contract workflow, including preparing and maintaining contract spreadsheets and reports. • Serves as the point of contact for status of contractual matters, including key terms and dates • Creates, updates and refines contract templates as needed. • Ensures that all contracts are recorded in correct format and that the performance of the contractual obligations is properly tracked and documented. • Works with legal counsel to ensure contract requirements are consistently incorporated into contracts. • Ensures applicable laws and regulations are followed in the preparation, review, and implementation of agreements. • Works with outside counsel as required. • Functions as point of contact to resolve legal and business issues.
