At PMI I am involved within two different sectors, ICT and Data Analysis. I am being able to use most Microsoft applications at a highly skilled level and also many visualisation tools such as Power BI in order to provide correct data analysis for my colleagues. I am also assisting with our ICT Support desk for all cases which come into our organisation and action accordingly within a suitable time frame to increase customer satisfaction. Additionally, being in this role has developed my task management and time prioritisation due to balancing these two sectors whilst also completing my apprenticeship.
