Lead complex Title VII and workplace investigations across the East Coast, addressing sensitive matters such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, misconduct, and performance management. Ensure organizational compliance with federal and state employment laws (Title VII, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, NLRA) while protecting both employees and the business.• Conduct impartial investigations and deliver executive summaries that highlight findings, policy implications, and organizational risks. Partner with senior leaders to resolve issues, close compliance gaps, and strengthen decision-making.• Provide strategic recommendations following investigations, driving updates to policies, leadership training, and risk assessments that reduce recurrence of workplace issues.• Analyze investigative data and trends to deliver insights that inform policy development, compliance programs, and targeted training initiatives.• Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between employees and leadership, fostering transparency, trust, and resolution-focused outcomes.• Support business continuity by delivering risk assessments and comparables that inform senior leadership decisions and mitigate organizational exposure.
