Not only sourcing high-potential talent for critical management, technology, and finance roles, but leading the design and operational delivery of these programmes.Primary objective is aligning this vital talent strategy with BCA\'s core values and long-term growth objectives. This includes leading complex stakeholder collaboration with executives across BCA UK and the Constellation Group (Marshall, cinch) to ensure seamless talent integration and progression.
