Main Responsibilities - L&D Customer/Strategy/Plan - approx. employees • Build an annual L&D plan, to align with business areas and their priorities. Working closely with business partnering and senior stakeholders. • Manage the continuous improvement of all L&D, it\'s design, delivery and evaluation, including, onboarding and induction experience. Focus on brand alignment and with the organisations EVP. • Maximise and manage the use of the government funded apprenticeship levy. Engage with employees to promote apprenticeships and enrol. Work in partnership with learners and apprenticeship providers to onboard and manage the learning experience throughout. Including full responsibility of TAS and reporting on the utilisation of the levy. • Positively influence key stakeholders on the L&D approach, plan, progress and activity through communication, engagement and reporting. • Onboard new business areas and work with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements and SLAs are in place. • Manage data and insight to track increased capability, ROE and ROI Knowledge, Skills and Experience. • Work across the people team, providing wider leadership and team working to important projects. • Develop the CMDA undergraduate programme, developing new talent, and aligning with other talent programmes, such as our postgraduate programmes. • Provide line management support to a small team of L&D Specialists and Chartered Management Degree Apprentices.
