Played a key role in shaping the Consulting organization by designing and launching its first-ever Emerging Talent Accelerator program. This initiative onboarded and developed 322 early-career consultants across 13 cohorts, achieving a 100% “Excellent” participant rating. Through immersive mock engagements and real-time coaching, the program accelerated foundational consulting skills and created a standout early-career experience that helped position NTT DATA as a strategic advisor in the market. In addition, I led the design and delivery of targeted programs such as “Let’s Talk Sales,” “Proposal Development,” and “Career Coaching,” each focused-on building critical capabilities, strengthening client engagement, and supporting continuous growth across the Consulting workforce.
