Me in a Nutshell: With over 10 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, I have navigated continuous development and change in the industry. I have previously worked in all channels including SEO, however I have more recently moved to specialise fully in paid advertising through search, display, YouTube and social media. Nurturing team members and fostering a positive environment are integral to my philosophy when leading and working within a team. I\'ve successfully managed teams and implemented HR processes through big periods of change, all whilst continuing to strive for a culture that inspires excellence.🤝 Client Partnerships & Management (7+ years): Building enduring relationships is proven in my track record of long-standing clients.
