As a Senior Product Manager at Elsevier, I own the strategy and development for the Pure Award Management Module, a key component of Pure, Elsevier\'s market leading research information system. My work is dedicated to driving innovation and delivering tangible results that positively impact institutions looking to improve their funding success, manage funder compliance and increase process transparency. In addition to the research funding domain, my remit has recently expanded to also include workflow/process support for Impact and Knowledge Exchange.My core belief is that commercial success is driven by working in active collaboration with customers and by adding functional and commercial value where it matters most. In collaboration with development teams, some examples of significant work to date include.• Establishing and delivering a strategy focusing on streamlining operational process and service opportunities for Institutional research offices resulting in significant growth year on year for the module (globally)• Implementation of new process orchestration capabilities to support complex internal routing and workflow requirements.• Implementation of a new Review content type to support the gathering of and analysis of information needed as part of the research lifecycle.
