I developed, implemented and embedded the operational processes Whilst some of my focus was internal, I also managed to build excellent client relationships that resulted in key wins for the business including strategic long-term partnerships with 2 of the BIG 4 Accountancy Firms and a number of SaaS Tech companies in the healthcare, logistics, telecoms and contact centre sectors.
