I started JBM at the age of 25 to disrupt the transactional world of executive search. 13 years on our team have helped scale some of the fastest growing and mission-driven companies in the world - like OLIX, Fyxer, Oxford Ionics, Voy, Onfido, Improbable etc JBM is at the centre of everything I believe in- building deep, long term relationships with Founders and Operators, who are changing the world for the better - supporting companies to be more diverse and inclusive - paying it forward to help the next generation of talent fulfil their potential Because people truly are a companies’ greatest asset. In 2024 we joined forces with Foundation Partners & Unleashed to create Amplified - the fastest growing people services super-group in Europe.
