Blending years of experience in organisational psychology and marketing, I help start-ups and scaling businesses to transform their workplace culture. My work aims to create transformational change from the inside out by using research methods and human-centered design to problem-solve, and empower individuals and teams to realise, embrace and enhance their talent.
