My time in the defence force taught me that there are many similarities between the business environment and the military – constantly evolving, adapting and full of complexities. That\'s why I approach my work with the end in mind. I anticipate what insurers want before they do, so I can empower them to achieve their business objectives and help them make a positive social impact. Over the years, I\'ve led multiple businesses through significant revenue growth. I do this by developing sound strategies, building high-performing teams, and delivering results that exceed expectations. Working in a team environment brings out the best in me. I strive to foster a positive, inclusive, enjoyable work culture for everyone involved. I inspire my team to journey with me to conquer the world while ensuring we have fun. Winning is important, but I find even greater joy in helping the team succeed! I\'m a proud South African and moved to the UK in 1996. I live in West London with my wife and two daughters. I\'m a big fan of rugby, cricket and F1, and I love eating out and watching a show in the West End with my family. I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives.
