As Senior Creative Media Executive, I direct and oversee all creative media assets from conception to delivery. My role focuses on translating strategic objectives into compelling visual and audio narratives, guiding the team to deliver impactful content that strengthens the brand. My main responsibilities include:Production Leadership: I lead production across all media channels, including video, podcasting, motion graphics, and photography, ensuring consistently high quality and strong brand impact.Technical Expertise & Innovation: I act as a technical expert and innovation lead, evaluating new technologies and implementing workflow improvements to enhance service delivery and quality standards.Internal training & guidance: I design and deliver comprehensive training on creative media best practices, providing clear guidance on filming, podcast production, photography, asset use, and production workflows.Brand integrity: I work closely with the design team to enforce brand integrity, ensuring visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all content.Operational management: I manage operational logistics, including scheduling, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure smooth project execution and strong internal service delivery.Strategic Stakeholder Management: I engage key stakeholders across the business, building strong relationships to align creative output with strategic goals.External supplier management: I manage and produce content alongside external suppliers, covering briefing and logistics, creative direction, and quality control.
